NOTE: If you are not currently under a paid maintenance agreement, the rate is $150/hr. to diagnose. Quarterly maintenance usually runs $250 per calendar quarter and buys you three hours of quarterly support.

SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO YOURSELF:
Update your plugins – 90% of all issues are due to outdated plugins. If you aren’t updating quarterly, your plugins will likely need to be updated before we can troubleshoot. We charge a 2 hour minimum for updating site plugins. Be sure that if you have paid plugins that you’ve renewed your annual updates.
Make sure your browser is updated – Most modern browsers do this automatically, but it is wise to check.
Make sure you have an internet connection – It sounds silly but sometimes you are viewing “cached” content and not “live” content. This may affect your viewing experience.
Clear your cache – Your browser cache might be an issue. Search Google to learn how to the clear the cache for any browser or operating system you may be using (Mac, PC, etc).
